NOTARIAL DEED ADMINISTRATION

Certain documents must be incorporated in a notarial document or certified by a notary public prior to the completion of the international legalization. In the framework of our service, we can obtain a notarial certified copy of the document and we can also arrange for incorporation of your document in a notarial deed.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN AUTHENTICIATION MODES?

INCORPORATION IN A NOTARIAL DEED

In the case of incorporation in a notarial deed, the notary public verifies that the notarial document proves that the declarations contained therein were made by the person referred in in the document, at the time, place and in the manner prescribed in the document.

Incorporation in a notarial deed is typically used in the following cases:

  • Contracts

  • Statements

NOTARIAL CERTIFIED COPY

By notarial copy verification, the notary shall provide a copy of the original document with his stamp and signature. This is to prove that the copy of the original document is identical to the original document.

Notarial copy verification may be made out of any original document complying with the minimum requirements prescribed by law. Some examples:

  • Identitiy Card

  • Address Card

  • Passport

NOTARIAL AUTHENTICIATIONS OF SIGNATURES

If we want verification of the identity of the signatory of document, we need a notarial signature authentication.

By certifying the signature or signatures on the document, the notary officially certifies the identity of the person or persons signing the document.

Here are some examples:

  • Contract Agreement

  • Transportation Agreements

  • Power of Attorney
